Master Chef Jochen Kern Origin from Germany, Master Chef Jochen have over 40 years of culinary working experiences in various hotels and restaurants in many parts of the world. He is one of the earliest of Master of Trade – Kitchen around this region. He is also the founder and president of the Cordon Noir Gourmet Society. Master Chef Jochen had worked in many 5 stars hotels chain opening and had somehow trained many local Malaysian chefs. He had also judged in many culinary competitions such as International Salon Gastronomique, Penang Chefs Challenge and others International culinary event. |
